#### 20A Definitions for this Part In this Part: > officer, of a private health insurer, has the same meaning as in the Private Health Insurance Act 2007. > officer, of a subject of a complaint under Division 3 or an investigation under Division 4, means: (a) if the subject is an individual—the individual; or (b) if the subject is a private health insurer—a person who is an officer of the insurer; or (c) if the subject is a company within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001—a director of the company; or (d) if the subject is an incorporated association—a member of the management committee of the association; or (e) if the subject is an unincorporated entity—a member of the governing body of the entity; or (f) if the subject is a partnership—a partner in the partnership.
