#### 38A Fees for services provided under Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022
38A Fees for services provided under [Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2022-014)
> > (1) The Ombudsman may charge reasonable fees for the following—
> >
> > > (a) conciliation services provided by the Ombudsman under the [Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2022-014), section 74,
> >
> > > (b) training services provided by the Ombudsman under the [Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2022-014), section 48(2).
>
> > (2) A fee charged for a service provided under the [Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2022-014) is to be charged to the agency requesting the service.
>
> > (3) This section does not affect the ability of the Ombudsman to recover fees for services provided under this Act or another Act or law.
>
> > (4) In this section—
> >
> > agency has the same meaning as in the [Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2022-014).
