29B Evidence
Information obtained or received by a party from the Ombudsman in the course of or as a result of the performance of the Ombudsman's functions under this Act is not admissible in evidence (ifgiven by that party) in any legal proceedings other than proceedings in relation to—
(a) an offence against this Act; or
