26B Taking advantage of information (1) A person who is, or was, an Ombudsman officer must not take advantage of any knowledge gained from information referred to in section 26A to benefit the person or any other person. Division 2—Confidentiality notices S. 26C inserted by No. 82/2012 s. 244.
