19 Deliberations of Ministers and Parliamentary committees not to be disclosed (1) A person shall not be required or authorized by virtue of this Act— (a) to furnish any information or answer any question; or (b) to produce or inspect so much of any document— which relates to the deliberations of Ministers or any committee consisting of Members of Parliament where the committee is formed for the purpose of advising the Ministers in respect of their deliberations.
