18IFailure to comply with witness summons

18I Failure to comply with witness summons (1) The Ombudsman may apply to the Supreme Court for an order under subsection (2), if the Ombudsman is satisfied that a person has, without reasonable excuse, failed to comply with a witness summons or a requirement under section 18F. (2) On an application under subsection (1), the Supreme Court may order the person to comply with the witness summons or the requirement within the period specified by the Court.
