18D Ombudsman to report to Integrity Oversight Victoria on issue of witness summons
Within 3 days after the issue of a witness summons, the Ombudsman must give a written report to Integrity Oversight Victoria specifying—
(a) the name of the person summoned; and
(b) the reasons why the summons was issued.
