13F Application of Part This Part does not apply to— (a) a public interest complaint; or (b) a parliamentary complaint under section 16; or (c) a complaint referred to the Ombudsman by IBAC under section 73 of the **Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011** where the conduct that is the subject matter of the complaint appears to involve corrupt conduct.
