#### 11A Reduction of protection periods for registered torch and flame designs (1) The Registrar must, on the application of the AOC made in accordance with an approved form, reduce the duration of the protection period in relation to a registered torch and flame design. (2) Where the protection period in relation to a registered torch and flame design ends, the Registrar must cause notice of the end of that period to be published in the Gazette and in the Official Journal.
