I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Oilseeds Levy Act 1977.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oilseeds Levy Regulations.

Interpretation

2. In these Regulations “the Act” means the Oilseeds Levy Act 1977.

Growers’ organization

3. For the purposes of the definition of “growers’ organization” in subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the organization known as the Grains Council of Australia is prescribed.
