104 Titleholder must retain copy of report
(1) A titleholder must retain a copy of a written report given to NOPSEMA under section 102 or 103 for a period of 5 years after the report is given to NOPSEMA.
Penalty: 30 penalty units.
Civil penalty: 300 penalty units.
