63 Meetings about operations of NOPSEMA
(1) The CEO must, each year, meet representatives of the offshore petroleum industry and the offshore greenhouse gas storage industry to discuss the cost‑effectiveness of the operations of NOPSEMA. (2) The CEO must present at the meeting: (a) the costs of, and budget projections for, the operations of NOPSEMA; and (b) NOPSEMA’s operating budget for the following year; and (c) a cost‑effectiveness assessment based on the most recent periodic review conducted under section 61 and the financial report prepared under section 62 in respect of the preceding financial year.
