58 Amount of levy
For the purposes of subsection 10D(4) of the Regulatory Levies Act, the amount of well activity levy imposed on an application or submission is: (a) for an application or submission mentioned in subparagraph 10D(1)(a)(i), (iii) or (iv) of the Act—$52,650; and (b) for an application mentioned in subparagraph 10D(1)(a)(ii) of the Act—$10,000.
