56 When levy becomes due and payable

For the purposes of subsection 688B(1) of the OPGGS Act: (a) well activity levy imposed on an application for acceptance of a well operations management plan becomes due and payable by the end of the period of 30 days after the day on which the application is made; and (b) well activity levy imposed on the submission of a proposed revision of a well operations management plan becomes due and payable by the end of the period of 30 days after the day on which the revision is submitted.
