54 Applications and submissions—prescribed regulations
(1) For the purposes of subparagraph 10C(1)(a)(i) and 10D(1)(a)(i) of the Regulatory Levies Act, section 78 of the Resource Management and Administration Regulations is prescribed. (2) For the purposes of subparagraph 10C(1)(a)(ii) and 10D(1)(a)(iv) of the Regulatory Levies Act, section 87 of the Resource Management and Administration Regulations is prescribed.
