73 Duties under Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the Act

The acceptance of a safety case by NOPSEMA, or compliance by an operator or another person with a safety case that has been accepted by NOPSEMA, does not derogate from the duties of the operator or a person under Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the Act.
