368 Existing exemptions remain in force
An order issued under clause 45 of Schedule 7 to the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 that was in force immediately before 1 January 2012, exempting a person from one or more of the provisions of Part 3 of that Schedule, is taken—
(a) to be an order under clause 52 of Schedule 3 to the Act; and
(b) to remain subject to any conditions or time limitations to which the order was subject.
