365 Notices taken to be given by Safety Authority

(1) A variation notice given to a diving contractor under regulation 913 of the former Diving Safety Regulations is taken to be a variation notice given under regulation 138 with effect from the date on which it was given to the diving contractor under the former Diving Safety Regulations.

(2) A notice given to a diving contractor under regulation 913(4) of the former Diving Safety Regulations is taken to be a notice given under regulation 138(4) with effect from the date on which it was given to the diving contractor under the former Diving Safety Regulations.
