356 Register of operators
The register maintained under regulation 47 is taken to include the following—
(a) the register of operators maintained under the former Management of Safety Regulations immediately before 1 January 2012; and
(b) the register of operators maintained under the former Pipelines Regulations immediately before 1 January 2012.
