355 Operator of a facility before 1 January 2012

A person whose name was registered in the register maintained under regulation 706 of the former Management of Safety Regulations immediately before 1 January 2012, and who continued to be registered as the operator of the facility under regulation 355 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Regulations 2011 immediately before 12 December 2021, continues to be registered as the operator of the facility until NOPSEMA removes the person’s name from the register under regulation 48.
