242 Relationship between withdrawal and other provisions
(1) The Minister may withdraw the Minister's acceptance of a well operations management plan for the titleholder, even if the titleholder has been convicted of an offence, because of a failure to comply with a provision of the Act or the Regulations.
(2) If the Minister withdraws the Minister's acceptance of a well operations management plan, the withdrawal does not prevent the titleholder from being convicted of an offence because of a failure to comply with a provision of the Act or the Regulations.
