Part 8—Information about monitoring greenhouse gas substance losses from transport and injection activities
8.1 A suitable program for monitoring and detecting any leakages as a result of transportation or an injection activity. 8.2 An undertaking that a report of the results of monitoring, and any raw data collected during monitoring, will be provided to the responsible Commonwealth Minister as soon as practicable after the completion of the monitoring.
