69 Requirements in relation to incidents
(1) Despite the repeal of regulations 26, 26A and 26AA of the old Regulations, those provisions continue to apply in relation to a reportable incident (within the meaning of the old Regulations) that occurred before the commencement day.
(2) Despite the repeal of regulation 26B of the old Regulations, that provision continues to apply in relation to a recordable incident (within the meaning of the old Regulations) that occurred before the commencement day.
