68 End of environment plan
If:
(a) a titleholder notified the Regulator under regulation 25A of the old Regulations in relation to an environment plan for an activity; and
(b) the Regulator had not accepted the notification before the commencement day;
the titleholder is taken to have notified NOPSEMA under section 46 of this instrument in relation to the environment plan for the activity.
