65  Revision of environment plan at the end of each 5 years  (1) If a proposed revision of an environment plan for an activity was submitted to the Regulator under regulation 19 of the old Regulations, it is taken to be a revised environment plan for the activity submitted to NOPSEMA in accordance with section 41 of this instrument.  (2) If the Regulator notified a titleholder under subregulation 19(2) of the old Regulations of the date on which a period of 5 years starts in relation to an activity, NOPSEMA is taken to have given the titleholder a notice under subsection 41(2) of this instrument specifying that date as the day on which a period of 5 years starts in relation to the activity.
