64 Request to revise environment plan
If:
(a) under subregulation 18(1) of the old Regulations, the Regulator had requested a titleholder to submit a proposed revision of the environment plan for an activity; and
(b) the titleholder had not submitted a proposed revision of the environment plan before the commencement day; and
(c) the request had not been withdrawn before the commencement day;
the request is taken to be a request by NOPSEMA under subsection 40(1) of this instrument for the titleholder to submit a revised environment plan for the activity.
