63  Environment plan in force immediately before commencement day  (1) If an environment plan for an activity was in force under the old Regulations immediately before the commencement day, the plan continues to be in force under this instrument.  (2) The plan is taken to have been accepted by NOPSEMA on the day it was accepted by the Regulator under the old Regulations.  (3) Any limitation or condition that applied to operations for the activity under the old Regulations is taken to be a limitation or condition to which acceptance of the plan was made subject under section 33 of this instrument.  (4) If, immediately before the commencement day, the titleholder had the consent in writing of the Regulator under subregulation 7(2) of the old Regulations to undertake the activity in a particular way, the consent is taken to have been given by NOPSEMA under subsection 18(2) of this instrument.
