29  Action on incomplete environment plan   If NOPSEMA’s provisional decision under section 27 is that the environment plan does not include material apparently addressing all the provisions of Division 2 (Contents of an environment plan), NOPSEMA must give the titleholder who submitted the plan a written notice:  (a) identifying the provisions of that Division that appear not to be addressed by the plan; and  (b) inviting the titleholder to modify the plan and resubmit it to NOPSEMA.
