23  Details of titleholder and nominated liaison  (1) The environment plan must include the following details for the titleholder:  (a) name;  (b) business address;  (c) telephone number (if any);  (d) fax number (if any);  (e) email address (if any);  (f) if the titleholder is a body corporate that has an ACN (within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001)—ACN.  (2) The environment plan must also include the following details for the titleholder’s nominated liaison for the activity:   (a) name;  (b) business address;  (c) telephone number (if any);  (d) fax number (if any);  (e) email address (if any).  (3) The environment plan must include arrangements for notifying NOPSEMA of any of the following:  (a) a change in the titleholder;  (b) a change in the titleholder’s nominated liaison for the activity;  (c) a change in the contact details for either the titleholder or the nominated liaison.
