#### 9AC Action on incomplete environment plan If the Regulator’s provisional decision under regulation 9AA is that the environment plan does not include material apparently addressing all the provisions of Division 2.3 (Contents of an environment plan), the Regulator must give the titleholder who submitted the plan a written notice: (a) identifying the provisions of that Division that appear not to be addressed by the plan; and (b) inviting the titleholder to modify the environment plan and resubmit it to the Regulator.
