#### 15 Details of titleholder and liaison person (1) The environment plan must include the following details for the titleholder: (a) name; (b) business address; (c) telephone number (if any); (d) fax number (if any); (e) email address (if any); (f) if the titleholder is a body corporate that has an ACN (within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001)—ACN. (2) The environment plan must also include the following details for the titleholder’s nominated liaison person: (a) name; (b) business address; (c) telephone number (if any); (d) fax number (if any); (e) email address (if any). (3) The environment plan must include arrangements for notifying the Regulator of a change in the titleholder, a change in the titleholder’s nominated liaison person or a change in the contact details for either the titleholder or the liaison person.
