#### 11AA Withdrawal of environment plan before decision (1) Before the Regulator makes a decision to accept, or refuse to accept, an environment plan, the titleholder who submitted the plan may withdraw it by written notice given to the Regulator. (2) If the Regulator had published the plan (with the sensitive information part removed) before the plan was withdrawn, the Regulator must publish on the Regulator’s website notice of withdrawal of the plan.
