Part 9.1—Reconsideration and review of decisions
763 Simplified outline
Decisions of a delegate of the Minister may be reviewed by VCAT following a process of internal reconsideration by the Minister.
In addition, certain decisions of the Minister relating to the release of technical information may be reviewed by VCAT.
