(c) the grant, variation or renewal of a petroleum production licence; or
(d) the grant or variation of an infrastructure licence; or
(e) the grant or variation of a pipeline licence; or
(f) the grant of a petroleum special prospecting authority; or
(g) the grant of a petroleum access authority.
