149A Prohibition of unauthorised underground petroleum storage in offshore area

A person must not intentionally carry on underground petroleum storage operations in the offshore area unless the underground petroleum storage operations are—

(a) authorised by a petroleum production licence; or

Penalty: 5 years imprisonment.
