#### 76J Judicial notice of signature of member of a Cross‑boundary Authority (1) All courts must take judicial notice of: (a) the signature of a person who is, or has been: (i) a member of the Cross‑boundary Authority for a State or the Northern Territory; or (ii) a delegate of the Cross‑boundary Authority for a State or the Northern Territory; and (b) the fact that the person is, or was at a particular time: (i) a member of the Cross‑boundary Authority for that State or the Northern Territory, as the case may be; or (ii) a delegate of the Cross‑boundary Authority for that State or the Northern Territory, as the case may be. Definition (2) In this section: > court includes a person authorised to receive evidence: (a) by a law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory; or (b) by consent of parties.
