76C Procedure of Cross‑boundary Authority
(1) A Cross‑boundary Authority for a State or the Northern Territory may conduct its business: (a) at meetings of the Cross‑boundary Authority; or (b) by written or other communication between the members of the Cross‑boundary Authority. (2) A written communication under paragraph (1)(b) is not a legislative instrument.
