#### 62 Signing of documents (1) If a document is signed by the Titles Administrator on behalf of a Joint Authority, the document is taken to have been duly executed by the Joint Authority. (2) The document is taken to be in accordance with a decision of the Joint Authority unless the contrary is proved.
