#### 286C Report about decisions not made within time limits (1) If a Joint Authority contravenes any of the following provisions on one or more occasions during a financial year, the Titles Administrator must, within 60 days after the end of the financial year, prepare a report describing those contraventions: (a) subsection 143A(1); (b) subsection 149A(1); (c) subsection 155A(1); (d) subsection 173A(2); (e) subsection 183(8); (f) subsection 186A(1); (g) subsection 200A(1); (h) subsection 205(3); (i) subsection 226(6). (2) As soon as practicable after completing the preparation of the report, the Titles Administrator must give the report to the responsible Commonwealth Minister. (3) The responsible Commonwealth Minister must cause a copy of a report under subsection (1) to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days after receiving the report.
