#### 281 No conditions about payment of money
(1) There must not be included in:
(a) a petroleum exploration permit; or
(b) a petroleum retention lease; or
(c) a petroleum production licence; or
(d) an infrastructure licence; or
(e) a pipeline licence; or
(f) any other instrument under this Act;
a condition requiring the payment of money to NOPSEMA, the Titles Administrator, the Joint Authority or the Commonwealth.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an amount payable under the Royalty Act.
