#### 24 Site plan—identified greenhouse gas storage formation For the purposes of this Act, a site plan, in relation to an identified greenhouse gas storage formation, is a document that: (a) relates to the identified greenhouse gas storage formation; and (b) complies with such requirements as are specified in the regulations; and (c) is divided into the following parts: (i) Part A, which sets out predictions for the behaviour of a greenhouse gas substance stored in the identified greenhouse gas storage formation; (ii) Part B, which deals with other matters.
