#### 235 Grant or refusal of petroleum special prospecting authority If an application for a petroleum special prospecting authority has been made under section 234, the Titles Administrator may: (a) grant the applicant a petroleum special prospecting authority; or (b) by written notice given to the applicant, refuse to grant a petroleum special prospecting authority to the applicant.
