436 Penalty if fee overdue

436 Penalty if fee overdue

(1) Subject to this section, a licence holder must pay a penalty to the Minister in respect of any fee that the holder fails to pay when it becomes payable.

(2) The penalty is to be calculated:

(a) on the amount of the fee that remains unpaid, and

(b) at the rate of 0.33% for each day during which the fee is unpaid.

(3) (Repealed)
