421 Appointment of inspectors

(1) The Minister may appoint a person to be an inspector for the purposes of this Act and the regulations.

Note—

Inspectors have powers under sections 367, 368, 369, 370, 371, 378, 379, 380 and 381.

(2) The appointment must be in writing.
