37 Act applies to all individuals and corporations
(1) This Act applies to all individuals, including:
(a) individuals who are not Australian citizens, and
(b) individuals who are not resident in New South Wales.
(2) This Act applies to all corporations, including:
(a) corporations that are not incorporated in New South Wales, and
(b) corporations that do not carry on business in New South Wales.
