346 Withdrawal of caveat
(1) A caveat holder may withdraw the caveat at any time by lodging a written withdrawal with the Minister.
(2) The Minister must:
(a) register details of the withdrawal, and
(b) endorse details of the withdrawal on the original of the caveat, and
(c) keep the original of the withdrawal.
