278 Matters to be specified in the licence
278 Matters to be specified in the licence
(1) The licence must specify:
(a) the blocks covered by the licence, and
(b) the activities authorised by the licence, and
(c) the area in which the activities are to be carried out, and
(d) the term of the licence, and
(e) the licence conditions.
(2) The term specified under subsection (1) (d) is not to exceed 5 years.
