184 Licence holder must keep specified records etc

184 Licence holder must keep specified records etc

A retention licence holder must:

(a) keep whatever records and samples, and

(b) give whatever records and samples to the Minister for inspection, and

(c) make whatever returns,

are necessary to comply with:

(d) the regulations, or

(e) the licence conditions, or

(f) a direction given by the Minister under section 387.

Note—

Under sections 386 and 387 the Minister may direct a person to keep records and samples and to give records and samples to the Minister, and to make returns.

Maximum penalty: $10 000.
