sec.52 Minister may decide that excluded sub-block is available
A person who wants to apply for an exploration permit over a sub-block that is excluded may apply to the Minister for a decision under subsection (2) . The Minister may decide that the person may apply for the tenure over the sub-block despite section 51 . The decision must be made in writing. (sec.52-ssec.1) A person who wants to apply for an exploration permit over a sub-block that is excluded may apply to the Minister for a decision under subsection (2) .
