sec.433 Fixing of quantity
For this division, the quantity of any mineral recovered by a mining lease holder during a royalty period is— the quantity agreed between the holder and the Minister; or if there is no agreement within such period as the Minister allows—the quantity decided by the Minister by instrument in writing.
- (a) the quantity agreed between the holder and the Minister; or
- (b) if there is no agreement within such period as the Minister allows—the quantity decided by the Minister by instrument in writing.
